REGISTRATION: Enrolment is deemed complete upon the receipt of payment. Enrolment will be considered unsuccessful if the payment is not made. Your tuition fees should be paid in full before online enrolment at the start of each academic year (before submitting the online enrolment). Any applicable discounts should be taken into account according to ABCI’s Discount Policy.
In order to register:

Pay your full tuition fees (bank payment)
Fill in the online application form
Attach the Payment Receipt (Transaction/Transfer bank receipt)
If you are entitled to annual tuition discount, attach relevant documentation on the “Discount Eligibility” (Proof of unemployment, Valid Student Identity Card etc.). Students who continue from the previous academic year are automatically entitled to a 10% discount and no attachment to this field is required.

For detailed application instructions, information on tuition fees and ABCI’s discount policy, please refer to the Chinese Language Courses webpage.
Each year, you are required to register for courses during the official registration period (September 1 - October 7). Make sure to register during the official registration period, because only then will you be guaranteed a place in your courses.
All students should make payment for tuition and fees from September 1 to October 7. Enrolment is deemed complete upon the receipt of payment. Students should make the payment of tuition fees before the classes begin.
Tuition fees are paid in full for the entire academic year by bank transfer before submitting the online registration form. Any applicable discounts should be taken into account according to ABCI’s Discount Policy .
• The name of the student / pupil should be indicated in the bank’s deposit slip.
• Tuition fee rates apply for a full academic year.
• Tuition fees do not include textbooks and/or exam registration fees. Students are required to purchase books appropriate for their programs of study. Books may be purchased in the bookstores.

You must take full responsibility for any errors made during course registration. As no special consideration will be given for such errors, please use extra caution during registration to ensure no mistakes are made.
Enrolment will be considered unsuccessful if the payment is not made.
Please ensure you read the Tuition Fee Refund Policy for Withdrawn and Interrupted Students before paying your total tuition fees and registering for courses.
